Do you offer products in sizes or options different than the options on your website?

Unfortunately, we do not. However, we do add more options if there is a high demand.

 

I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation. What do I do?

Please email contact@songbirdseven.com and we will track down your order and provide you with an update. The email subject line should read:  Did not receive order confirmation.

 

When will I receive my order?

Our products are made to order. Our vendors can take up to 4 business days to produce your order before it is shipped. (Complex items will take 3-4 business days. For example, framed canvas prints and woven throws are handmade and take longer to produce.) The additional days for shipping are dependent upon what you choose upon checkout (see next question for shipping time).

 

What shipping carrier and shipping methods are you using?

We currently offer four shipping options within the United States: Standard, Expedited, Express, and Same Day Delivery (in select markets).

Standard:  3-6 business days

Expedited:  2-3 business days

Express:  1-2 business days

Same day delivery:  0-1 business day

 Add an additional two days for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Can I change or cancel my order, or update my shipping address?

You cannot cancel and order since they are automatically routed to vendors for production. If you need to update your shipping address you must do so within 24 hours by sending an email to contact@songbirdseven.com. The email subject line should read:  Update my shipping address.

What happens if I don’t receive my order or my tracking link is not valid?

Please email contact@songbirdseven.com and we will track down your order and provide you with an update. The email subject line should read:  Did not receive my order.
